I would recommend that you take your levothyroxine alone, either first thing a.m. or at bedtime.
Supplements should be taken 4 hours apart as some things interfere with the uptake of levothyroxine.
Levothyroxine should be taken with a full glass of water before breakfast and breakfast taken about 1 hour later.
If taken at bedtime, you should not have eaten two hours beforehand.
I assume you are due for another blood test to enable the GP to increase your levothyroxine from 25mcg.
Had a test in June, they won't up it as they say I'm only boarder line and didn't want to telreat me anyway.
Keep a note of your clinical symptoms anyway. Someone else may have an input into your question. When you next have a thyroid gland blood test get a copy/printout for your own reference and always keep copies. They must have the ranges as well because labs differ throughout the country and when you quote the ranges it makes it easier for members to comment.
