my breathing is strange

past few weeks my breathing is strange, its hard to explain but you know when a baby has been crying then after it sort of sobs but gasps in breath, i keep doing this , im not crying but am very cold and unwell past few days , any one had this breathing thing?

Have had this too. Think it started after I was put on levo Doesn't really bother me - don't think it means anything (cats as well as babies do this quite a lot and seems to cause no probs. Think cats enjoy and it seems to make them even more relaxed than they naturally are!) Just enjoy and think RELAX.. Sorry can't help with cold and unwell thing.

This can be common with anaemia, have you had your full bloods recently. Might be worth getting it done

hi yes im anaemic on this site but doctor says no may start supplementing myself, thanks

Yes, I used to have this - a sudden gasp - just the one gasp. It would be very noticeable if I was meditating, as it broke my concentration. I think my lung function has been below par for ages. Last year I was experiencing such a slowdown in my metabolism that I seemed to be ageing very quickly my family says, but since I have taken matters more into my own hands, I am already feeling a lot better. I would get out of breath just trying to walk up a very gentle slope, and had become quite housebound because of it.
