It's all about management!

Doctors by-passed by skilled,crafty and highly paid spin meisters.

I have never understood why G.Brown shut down existing patient care structure of GPs [call outs etc], paid a LOT more for it and made people very unhappy long term.[Management advice?]

We get the governance we deserve, I suppose, if not the treatment!
