I may be being thick, but where is the search thingy now?

no tracy , in no way are you 'thick' .......in my case I am a [ in my opinion ] logical thinking person , but am happy to refer to me as being 'a total techno idiot ' ----- we will all get there in the end with a bit of perseverance ,help and guidance from the others on this site......LoL alan

Hi Tracey I haven't got a search box either,and would love to know how to search!!!! I cannot find tags anywhere either.

hmmm, mine is very top right of the screen...! If you are not seeing it at all, please can I suggest that you email [e-mail]

Tags are available as they once were. This is something that we hope to see fixed quite soon....

The search function is currently searching the whole of the HU site, not just this group, and the results can be a little 'sketchy' to say the least...!

This is also something we hope to see fixed soon...

I don't have 'search' on the green HU bar but if I click on Help, what comes up is, I assume, the search box - it says ask a question or search.

That search is to search for help - rather than searching for Qs or Posts.

Please email them if you don't have the search box on the green bar - thanks!

Thank you all for your replies. It appears that I don't have a search box when I go to the site on the ipad but it appeared when I went on my laptop in the top right corner as you suggested. Maybe its an ipad thing?

It is one of the things I was going to search as I have another eye inflammation which means I can't read the laptop as I need to have it too close to my nose lol. I am now wearing long sight glasses with reading glasses balancing on top as the contact lenses are out of the question again.

Thanks again for your help, I will search on the laptop in future. Maybe not thick but definitely blind :O)

I have a search box in the green bar, top right, on my IPad mini.
