With hypothyroidism how much soya based products should I have as I need to replace dairy products due to intolerance?

I replaced dairy with soya once and came out in acne at 24 never had it before that.

(Im hypo also) I have coconut milk, there is almond milk but i read almonds should be limited too.Sorry couldnt be much help.

I quite like almond milk, coconut milk and am currently using rice milk, but it's cheese I really miss and I've read that soya is not good for people with thyroid issues.

I don't eat dairy (vegan) but I wouldn't eat any non-fermented soya products - they just aren't good for you. Tamari sauce is OK (fermented and wheat free), so is miso, and natto (although it stinks). You might get away with a small amount of tofu occasionally, but I'd steer clear of fake milk and meat.

Coconut milk is great in coffee and many people like almond milk..
