that the site is almost back to normal. Email alerts are now in place again, so you know who answered what and when, and I'm no longer having to sign back in every 10 minutes. It's starting to feel very user friendly again and, yes I know there are still a few little tweaks to be made to make it 100%, but I for one am very grateful for all the hard work both the technical team and thyroiduk have done.
Well done guys and keep up the good work.

What a lovely positive post, thanks, not from me because I went into meltdown I'm ashamed to say! The best I could do is moan. But thanks on behalf of those who DID work hard.
Must admit I did have the odd moan, just out of pure frustration of not being able to help by answering peoples questions, but my moans were always answered by the tech team and most have now been resolved, which is great.
We all had a good moan Marie, even some of us who are relatively well! You were still around and helping. Don't underestimate your contribution, especially when you're not too well at the moment!
It is lovely to hear a positive post though, isn't it
Yes and I replied to you straight away by PM. Wonder what happened to the reply?
Anyway can't remember exactly what I said but it was along the lines if well done for negotiating a discount for us I haven't heard anything from Britt about the next batch of shampoo being ready - I have visions of her out picking her meadowsweet on the beaches if Skye then cooking it up in a big cauldron n a wood fire out on the croft - I'm sure that probably isn't how it happens really but the image is nice.
Britt said she will let me know as soon as the shampoo is back in stock so I will let everyone know straight away.
You forgot the black pointy witches hat and the cat.lol. Britt said she would also let me know when things are back in stock. I must admit that the more I am using their products the better my hair is getting. Didn't like the oil at first, as it tends to make the hair flat again, but persevered and glad I did.
How often have you had to sign in today? If it was just the first time, it is probably because they rolled out an update since you were last logged on. If it was more than just the first time today, you would be best to report it to them.
If you click on 'support' on the green bar at the top you can then click the link 'Email us' on the right hand side right under where it says 'contact us' in bold. If you let them know all the details they ask on the form hopefully they will be able to sort it out soon.
Hopefully this should be sorted out for everyone soon.
Need to ask if you keep accidently clicking into a page displaying apps when you are try to scroll up. It's driving me mad - I think the "what's new" thingy (yes I know - not very technical) is in the wrong place, then I have trouble returning to the page that I was on.
I use my mouse wheel to scroll so maybe that's why. I have just tried using the up arrow on the scroll bar and the 'what's new' area is far too close to the scroll bar. I wonder if other's are having the same problem?
Yep - that's the page. As the site no longer takes you straight to the reply the email is informing you of you have to scroll up and down the post/question until you find the right reply hence why I keep hitting the "what's new" thingy. I even managed to hit in trying to find your reply.lol.
If they get any more messages from me I'll be in danger of getting banned.lol. but will take the risk anyway as I would also like to know why you are now being directed straight to the right answer from email alerts and have to spend time searching for it.
I am now getting double email alerts - or did you answer me twice? Got in work this morning and had over twenty emails, most of which seem to be doubles (thought I was really popular there for a minute.lol) but cant be sure with the having to search for replies problem.
