I also meant to ask what causes mood changes,,is it TSH or T3 or T4...or?????

TSH will almost certainly be irrelevant.

It is probably the T3 - but the T3 level within the brain could be different to that in the blood. And the brain, or at least some of it, can convert T4 into T3.

In most people, decent levels of both T4 and T3 are probably the most likely to help.
