I was taking 90 mg. of Armour. The doctor reduced it now to 75 mg.Armour. But, the hair on the top of my head still isn't growing. My last test results were,- TSA- 0.445 (I had been much lower a few weeks ago) FT4,-0.71, and TRIIOTHYRINE, FREE, SERUM 5.2. If you don't have ranges handy . Low within normal range for TSA, low FT4, high FT3. I am really worried.

Do you mean TSH?

T4 looks very low...?

Why did doc reduce?

How are your ferritin levels?

Sorry, I meant TSH. The doctor thought the problem was I was over medicated. He did not test for ferritin but the HGB was within range. He thought the FT4 was low due to taking Armour. The doctors here mostly are used to Synthyroid.
