Looking for a good doctor. Cannot get help I require. Saying I don't have problem despite having autoimmune thyroiditis.

Can anyone help. I live in Ireland and am searching for a good endocrinologist or doctor who will help me. My TSH is 4.03 and I have high Thyroglobulin Antibodies and I feel all the symptoms of hypothyroidism and more. Tired all the time, extremes of cold. Major fluctuations between hyper and hypo. I could go on. I was told I was fine and doctor just wants to repeat day 3 hormone bloods and says I have PCOS. I would travel to UK to see someone who would just listen to me and treat my thyroid. Any help would be so gratefully received. I also haven't had my T3 done. They don't seem to do it here. From everything I have read this is only going to get worse and I am very depressed about it all. Thank you for your help.

I just looked up Functional Endocrinology - I think your doctor might be a quack. It's one of those nonsensical treatments without scientific basis. I'd be careful with that.
