Once you have your thyroid treated properly it should be easier to lose weight. I don't think Adios is going to help really. I do feel your frustration though. I have gained nearly 5 stones due to being under treated. Now that I am better treated, I am starting to lose weight, albeit very slowly at the moment. Hopefully that will improve though.

Some people find the paleo diet works best for them if they have hypothyroidism. Others find the 5:2 intermittent fasting works best. Several people on here have had success with both.

I hope you find the solution soon.

The best way to lose weight is to have your thyroid treated correctly. Don't touch Adios, please, just tell us blood test results plus ranges.

Hi I would put it like this, if it was me, I definitely would not take it.It can also effect the heart.Manufactures are not a reliable source of info. If over weight, then make sure your TSH , T4 and Free T3 are right, often too little treatment or no T3 with the T4, commonly T3 controls weight. Also the diabetic diet, Diabetes UK or the better American one.If you still wish to take it, then be sure to be under a good Endo, this is in their remit and of course, lots else.Normally people need the T4 in top third or range ( not at the top) and Free T3 very near the top of range.

Best wishes,

Jackie
