Are you entitled to have a copy of blood tests taken at your local GP surgery? I want a second opinion as I felt GP was really dismissive when I questioned him about hypothyroid diagnosis?

You are yes. Just ask your doctor or at reception they cant refuse . You dont need to explain why you want them either.

Yes you are entitled, by law, to a copy of all your medical file if you want it, let alone your blood results.

Have a look at this link below and it explain everything you need to know.
