Menieres
Hi there, I have Ménière's do you have a feeling like your ear is full, difficulty hearing in the affected ear or ears, tinnitus and extreme vertigo. If so maybe but you must go to the doc and have it checked out as they have to rule out lots of other things first. You may have an ear infection but they will run lots of tests if they think Ménière's is a possibility.
Hope you feel better soon
In my opinion, you should consider the possibility of being low in vitamin B12 and folates.
Please ask your GP to test. If they won't, private tests are available - if you can afford them. If needed, post again.

Private test b12 and folate combined, finger prick at home, about £30, post Monday results by Thursday same week.
Are they using the Active B12 test?
Of course, an NHS test would be unlikely to be an Active B12 test in most parts of the country. But if paying, I think I'd go the extra distance/pound to get an Active B12.

Not Active B12 test, just run of the mill serum b12 private test.. Guess it's OK for me, keep serum levels really high beyond NHS and also have experience learned from past levels/symptoms; but you are right, if starting again and knew nothing I would definitely go for the Active B12 test as it is sure-fire accurate.
