Subject Access Request

I've come to the decision to send a letter to my surgery to request the blood work done for the high TSH and low T4 - just in case I don't appear to be coming back here!!

I just hope it doesn't come to anything more than £10 as before. When I requested information for all blood tests done between November 2011 and February 2012 it amounted to £10 so in theory for one blood test it should come to less than that...

It should not be more than about 10p in my view. NBob blogged about this recently.
