I know this sounds silly because it sounds silly to me but has anyone had vibrating feet. I have only just noticed it but when I am sitting or even laying down my feet vibrate or pulse and it feels really strange and I wondered if it has happened to anyone else and does anyone know why?
Any answers would be appreciated.

Not silly at all! There's also reports of 'internal shivering' here's a quick search of posts..
PS I don't get the 'buzzing' feeling in various places since my Vit d is now OK (I had various strange 'nerve' stuff going on and GP thought parkinsons or MS - not saying it's that for you of course!) worth having a look at B12 which affects nerves too - sorry not a proper answer and, not something GPs seem to know about either, but it's just an idea as we can research the possibility of deficiency ourselves. Hi Can also be Diabetes, lots of "funny "feet things, which I could not find the cause of, severe diabetes, make sure you have the 2 diabetes tests Glucose and better Hb 1Ac, autoimmune and hormonal. To start with similar symptoms to thyroid disease. B12 also common . Make sure your Sodium ( U`s and E`s ) kidney function is in range. If taking vit D, make sure corrected calcium in range. Both these electrolytes so very important, could be either. In fact as you gather lots of things. I find consultants not too good on feet!!!
Best wishes,
Jackie
I have vibrating feet and have for a long time. Mentioned this to doctor who listened but offered no advice or suggest any condition. Last week I noticed that everytime I breathed in I had a vibration in my chest. Not sure what causes it, it isn't painful just annoying.I take VitaminB12, vitaminD.
