Thanks Clare - hope to join you depending on dental outcome tomorrow. I am working on deep breaths and mad humming to distract myself - reaction to the adrenaline in the pre treatment "stuff" applied last time to be avoided - I hope! Would love to hear about your amazing walking X

how often do you have these meeting and what do you do? x

Usually once a month and it depends on size of the group with what we do. Usually just sit around in the cafe and chat and drink coffee. We do occasionally have visitors such as Paul. Last time he gave us a bit of a talk about T3 and its importance. Another time we had a yoga session Hope you can come xx

that's really good, be nice to meet up with people that understand, I will try my best, will you always post when your meetings are everytime? I suppose it don't matter if you haven't had a diagnosis do it? be nice to find out more info! x

Meeting is usually first Friday of the month. Not a having a diagnosis would no be a problem. It would be lovely to meet you xx
