Reading a blog 'remedy spot' it's been mentioned that triyotex 75mgc is as weak as t3 25mgc does anyone know about this? It would certainly explain why I'm hypo

It is sustained release, I believe. This may be part of the problem. Some people need the larger amount in one go several times a day rather than sustained release throughout the day in order to feel well. Perhaps serum levels never get high enough to trigger good adrenal response, especially in the morning, but I am not medically trained and just speculating. It seems sustained release T3 has its place for some conditions (Wilson's low temperature syndrome, perhaps) but doesn't seem to work well for other people.

Having said this, I have not tried it myself.

T3 only, I don't convert t4, taking twice a day morning and night plus topping up with NHS 20mcg twice feel ill hot shaky, constipated muscle ache like bad hypo
