Hello, Here are my latest results, perhaps someone could comment on them. I am suffering with awful thigh pain just now. I have no thyroid gland, take 5 x100 and 2 x 0.75 levo per week. Vit D 95 Ferratin 24 & Serum Folate 9.0. HDL cholesterol 2.63 Trigiceride 0.82 & LDL 4.80 cholesterol is high (familial) and higher since lowering meds (endo's suggestion). Free T4 20.2 TSH 0.71 (was 0.14 last time)Free T3 5.1 Hope this is easy for someone to interpret.

If you had thyroid cancer or if your thyroid is out only TSH level is necessary.
Latest to keep it low. I keep mine @ 2.0. From Gary Clayman top USA Thyroid Research and he fixes 100s of botched ops per year. My surgeon and I go by his recommendatiions. Dont get into suppression - below normal
I now have had 2 x yearly clear neck scans.
Your free T4 will be close to top of normal. 20-22.
Take mag and pot in foods like bananas, avocado.
Cholesterol 4ish fine
Triglyerides up to 2 OK.
