Why is it that when I lay down for 20 minutes or so I begin to feel somewhat better, has anyone else felt a little better after laying down and resting a while?

What are you having for breakfast? I found I had to look closely at EVERYTHING

I ate or put in my mouth in the morning...even the vitamins which I found were full of fruit juice...the honey in my porridge...the sugar that I replaced the honey with. Hence am now on FODMAPS.

I am the total opposite. Good in the morning. Pain starts after lunch. If I dare take a nap, everything grinds to a half :'(

Hi PatV,

Just lately I am really struggling with nausea, its so strong I keep thinking I'm going to vomit.

My all morning is bad, pains and weakness in the body. I do feel a little better in the afternoon.

My appetite in the morning is low, this is due to the nausea and fatigue.

Hmm, this sounds odd, I'm starting to be a little confused about the range of symptoms so many different people have, try something with ginger early in the day, treat like morning sickness is all I can suggest.
