IBS and deficiency Anyone?

I have what they are Calling IBS, I also have B12 deficiency, Does anyone else have any deiciencys related to their IBS?

Thanx, Im prescribed hydroxocobalamin. I was mainly asking if anyone else has deficiencies of any kind related to their IBS

After having a sore tongue and gums for ages on and off and no care given as was on medication for IBS . (not told it was) few months back was advised by some person on site to get vit Bs and multi vits have improved healthwise. Previously doctor said dont take vitamin tabs, but afraid I needed to get rid of condition. Now doing fine. Doctor now taken tests for vitamins but a bit late as taking my own tabs now so will only get results from my extra help. Was already on injections vit B12 but that didnt stop sore mouth so had to treat self reluctantly.

I have to have B12 injections - also have under active thyroid - but these are nothing to do with IBS. They are all different!!!
