can,t wait card

anyone who has the can,t wait card for i.b.s have you ever shown your card in a store etc and still been refused or are stores atc really helpful, would love to know everyone,s experience with it

When I previously had a card a few years ago I. Was on a trip to canterbury and was refused in the cathedral by security who would not let me take a short cut through to the toilets from the grounds on the other side
