I suspect I have been impacted for months and advised to take various doses of Laxido but how do I know its been cleared ? Keep reading you need to get to passing rusty water but have never got to that stage after several treatments in the last two years . Any advice or experiences appreciated .

I've suffered with impatient in the past. If it's still present you should be feeling constipated and only passing fluid stuff which may leak out. A good dose of Milk of Magnesia may clear it. Really you need to see your GP and have an enema.

Well I'd have thought the end goal should be feeling comfortable (no bloating/colicky cramps) and passing at least one bowel motion per day with ease ie the texture of toothpaste is what I understand is ideal.
