Good morning

All intolerances are individual, so one person might be OK and another not.
However, I've just checked the ingredients list (though you might need to re-check this for what you are looking at):
WATER, OWYN PROTEIN BLEND (PEA PROTEIN, ORGANIC PUMPKIN SEED PROTEIN, ORGANIC FLAX OIL), VEGETABLE FIBER, ORGANIC CANE SUGAR, SUNFLOWER OIL, NATURAL FLAVORS, SUNFLOWER LECITHIN, GUAR GUM, GREENS BLEND (BROCCOLI, SPINACH, KALE) MONK FRUIT EXTRACT, HIMALAYAN PINK SALT.
The following ingredients can be common as IBS intolerances - but it depends on your own tolerance:
Pea, Fibre, Broccoli, Spinach, Kale (don't know about monk fruit)
Unfortunately, lots of stuff contains gums and emulsifiers (lecithin) these days, which this product seems to. There is increasing evidence that these items are bad for the gut lining. They may bind with the mucusosal layer which protects the gut, compromising it, so the barrier breaks down and can get compromised. If you think about hand soap which binds oil and water together, that effectively is what these product do in your gut i.e. bind with the mucusol layer. I'm trying to stay away from these, these days.
You could buy pure whey protein (if you are tolerant to whey) and blend with ingredients that you can tolerate (and without the nasties).
