I have IBS-D and would be keen to know if people had good experiences with Apps to help manage IBS?
I know the meditation ones are very popular, so did wonder if people have success with digital approaches to supporting IBS sufferers

Best place I found to start with is the IBS network. They are full of ideas, diets, therapies and latest research
There's an app called cara that's pretty good - you can track food and symptoms and download info to show doctor
I tried Cara Care app a few months back, just found it takes forever to keep your food diary and symptom tracker up to date. The whole layout of the App is too busy.
In the end I went back to the Tummi FODMAP App for IBS, for me that app gives me the best user experience and helped me figure out my sensitivities.
Monash University app is good for checking which foods are high FODMAP. though I think high fibre can be a problem for me as well as certain types of food - though not enough fibre also a problem of course! Some US food names may need googling. It says green peppers (which are bell peppers in US terminology) are low fodmap - but they still trigger my IBS! Still found the app useful, though!
