sticky stool

Hi everyone,

My poo is very sticky, and usually gets a bit stuck when I try to evacuate due to the stickiness, and then I need to be cleaning myself for a long time.

Does anyone has any solutions for this? I consume plenty of fibre soluble and insoluble and drink around 2 litters of water per day.

Thank you :)

thanks for mentioning this. I feel I am often the same as you. Sorry, I have no solutions, but you are not alone.

Yes, me too, I'm sure it's a common problem with gut issues. I've no answers to it I'm afraid. I too eat fibre and plenty off water.
