Is this Hemmoriod symptoms

I had some on and off constipation issues last year and occasionally saw small red blood on toilet paper after cleaning

Saw a doctor in August 23 who did the examination and diagnosed that I had anal fissure. He gave Diltiazem cream which I used for one month

Seem to fixed the problem only for symptoms to come back in December 23.

Now Diltiazem was causing itching a lot so doctor changed to Nefidipine. Became better again

Had Only 2 episodes of anal pain in 6 months.

No more blood on toilet paper or stool

Main symptoms now in the anal area are:

[ ] Itching

[ ] Burning

[ ] Irritation and dryness

Doctor did another examination of the anus yesterday and confirmed that anal fissure has healed (which explains no more blood) but I have 2 small hemorrhoids which he said is probably grade 3 hemorrhoids

He has asked to apply a another cream Pilocon which helps with itching to some extent

I have been taking Movicol stool softener regularly for last few months as part of anal fissure treatment so not constipated.

So don't understand how I got hemorrhoids which were not there in August 23. I have been regularly sitting on Donut cushion though.

Does anyone have similar symptoms for hemorrhoids? How do you manage it ?

I stopped using over the counter medication creams for piles/hemoroids and fissures my new consultant at the hospital who I have only seen once a couple of months ago said I should use sudocrem with the nappy rash cream or the sudocrem barrier cream it’s certainly improved things for me

If you have stage 3 haemorrhoids, my main advice would be to ensure you push them back in immediately after every bowel movement or whenever else they slip out, so you shouldn't ever need a donut cushion as they should be back inside😁, hope that helps.
