Do you have IBS C (constipation) or D (diarrhoea)? I often wonder if constipation is likely to cause more upper stomach problems, as things aren't moving and flowing lower down as they should?

I discovered this from a time when for a random reason, my gut suddenly slowed down (end of 2020, early 2021) and it was then I got a lot of indigestion and some reflux symptoms.

But when I went back to my usual looser-than-they-should-be stools, the indigestion symptoms disappeared!

If you have constipation, do you take anything for it and does it help if so? Or you might not have "C" which blows my theory.
