Fybocalm

Going through a bout of severe constipation again and spotted these capsules - Fybocalm for constipation IBS have taken them for 4 days now and although my stomach doesn't feel as crampy I'm still constipated (10 days now) has anyone else tried these ?

Hi, no I haven’t tried those particular ones but I can’t take anything with fibre gel , it makes my constipation worse.

Hi, I’ve not tried that Fybocalm for constipation,but I’m interested in trying the one for ‘ wind and bloating’ tho don’t hold out much hope. I think they are a relatively new range, it’s always good to have genuine feedback! Best wishes.

After posting this yesterday had "relief" from the constipation situation and had less stomach cramps than usual not sure if this is related to taking the capsules but as the advice says continue for 14 days will carry on and see more regular results continue. Started on full dose of 2 twice a day so will go down to one capsule twice daily- will let you know !!
