there are other great ideas when you google this problem, but what works for me includes using a heating pad, yoga exercises specifically for trapped wind (at least 6 - google yoga poses for trapped wind. Deflatine is great (if you can find it!), exercise (keep walking), and sometimes chewing fennel seed or drinking fennel tea (Heather's from the USA). Sometimes you need combinations of all of these!
