it’s been apparent for a while that I have issues digesting food and I often see lots of particles in my stool. My IBS symptoms swing from diarrhea to constipation for no reason I can discern but now I’m wondering how much food breakdown is behind this. Two days ago I started eating raw coconut chunks as they had taste and were low in sugar (trying to avoid sugar) and thought would make a nice snack to munch on. I did become very constipated and had strained BMs and it contained mostly coconut bits. Not digested at all. I’ve just started taking Hcl for acid support but wondered if any in this community had some advise on supplements that help with food breakdown.
