Just wondering if there is a specific test that can be done for IBS that can show what my food triggers could be?

The only true test is a (FODMAP) elimination and reintroduction diet under the guidance of a dietitian.
You are better off trying a probiotic like Alflorex first since it might make you more tolerant to foods and if you go straight off eliminating foods, you might be restricting your diet unnecessarily.

I started with my tested on a Saturday early, I eat oatmeal, for breakfast, gave it 30-1hr time span and within an hour nothing happened. I has tomatoes for lunch within 30 minutes I felt funny and within then 30 minutes I has diarrhea that lasted for almost 2 weeks. After talking with my doctor, I found out seeds from tomatoes trigger my DIA and until all the seeds come can and will be my diarrhea timeline. 🥺I learned from that no foods with seeds... if I eat something salad that have tomatoes seeds 30 after eating I know this is going to be a bad day, week or weeks. I did learn a secret dry toast after eating the seeds keep the diarrhea from being so bad and that just for me. As time goes on you will learn what you can and can' eat.
keep a journal write everything down, timing.... is everything
The best thing is to write absolutely everything down that you eat and especially drink, watch out for artificial sweeteners especially sorbitol, and do that for about 6 weeks - and make a note of any symptoms, bowel movements, pain, cramps etc. That was the first thing I was told to do and it highlighted quite a few food and drink triggers. I would recommend checking out the NHS website about Bile Acid Malabsorption as well as that can go unnoticed.
