White shredded coconut looking stuff in poop sometimes the past month or two. What can it be?

Hi, I've recently experienced some stool changes and some intermittent light stomach aches maybe once or twice a day. Blood tests show everything is okay. No itching or bleeding. What do you think?

Hmm, have you been tested for parasites? White coconut appearance in your poo could indicate parasite eggs or tape worms. This would not show in a blood test.
