oh Binks even the smell makes my insides shout It’s another thing to cross off if you suffered so horribly Sprouts I believe are cruciferous vegs like broccoli and cauliflowers with woody stems and really make such hard work to try to digest
I hope you have recovered and will carry on the search for the foods that suit you It is hit and Miss but you had to try them before you can now say miserably that they are not for you
Your a warrior and will find what suits you Remember that you are charge of this it won’t rule you -if you don’t let it

Sprouts and broccoli are both up and down for me. And not too much at a time. Many times I can eat broccoli fine, but don't eat the stalks, just the tops of the florets. I hate wasting good food. In the past I would have put the stalks in soups, but not now. Both sprouts and broccoli are okay sometimes, less at other times, and when to and when not to are a mystery to me!
But I don't understand why when I ate dinner with a friend a few weeks ago, she cooked me some tenderstem broccoli and I ate a large portion cooked al-dente. I was surprised to have completely normal BM the next morning! And no gripy pains. But when I eat it at home I have to be so careful. She said it's because hers is organic and mine wasn't, but I can't see why that's relevant. It might be...who knows?
I haven't yet dared to try cauliflower, mainly because I live alone and don't want to buy a huge cauli, eat one floret to test it, and if that doesn't work...end up wasting a cauli. I know the wildlife here wouldn't eat it.
