I have IBS and recently started Hormone treatment for prostate cancer

My IBS has been very bad indeed since starting the Hormone treatment. I’m in a lot of pain, stomach cramps and bloating and diarrhoea are the worst I’ve ever had

I can’t sleep due to the disco. Has anyone else had this?

Any suggestions to help? I’m desperate!

Good morning John,

So sorry to read this, I am not suprised you cannot sleep. I wonder if you should speak to your doctor or consulant regarding this - is it zoladex that they are giving you? I believe there are alternatives these days. In one of my health books it says Zinc is needed to keep a prostate healthy, maybe getting more of that in your diet - even if it's through veggies may help. I am sorry this is happening to you and wish I could be of more help
