I am sure you weren't all about to go rushing off to buy one, but thought you might be interested in what I thought/think about it.
Well to be honest, I don't think it is helping any more than anything else I have tried over the years. It can be relaxing having this thing on my arm sometimes but other times when I am in immense pain, I just want to throw it across the room.
It isn't specifically for IBS, I just thought it was worth a try, and I'm glad I did but I don't think I will be shelling out on any more contraptions like this!
All the best to you all in your journey through this awful condition.

You know what? I think anything is worth a try with IBS. It's a pity it doesn't really help though. I imagine it had decent reviews too. What suits one person doesn't always suit someone else.
I saw how much it cost....eek! Look after it carefully, and maybe sell it on ebay?
I'll keep it, as it can be relaxing if I am just sitting around doing nothing, but definitely not an answer to my prayers (although that may be because I am not convinced there is a god)!
Thank you Maureen for keeping us up to date.It is so disappointing when we are hopeful of a miracle but doesn’t work like we thought it would.Onwards and Upwards, maybe one day there will be a cure.xx
To be honest I didn't really think it would a miracle cure but my husband was all excited about it and was happy to pay for it, so I thought why not! 🙂
Not a huge change I'm afraid. It feels like I'm slowly working new areas looser, especially in my feet and ankles and the back of my head, but I'm still tired and stiff for quite a bit of each day. But since it's always changing it's easy for me to stay optimistic.
thanks for your update, wish it had been more effective for you tho. So disappointing and frustrating! Have u tried gut directed hypnotherapy? I’m considering it…….but of course expensive like everything 😬
Yes, I have tried hypnotheraopy three times! The first attempt was when I was pregnant with my son 30 years ago, with a GP friend of my GP at the time. Then I tried again with Michael Mahoney's CDs (IBS Audio Program 100) when my son left home for university and more recently I have tried Nerva. None of them helped me but some people seem to find them helpful.
