Do you practice yoga and have IBS? Opportunity to take part in short online survey

Hi all, thank you to everyone who has taken part in the IBS Experiences Survey so far - there is now just 1 week left to participate! We are now particularly interested in hearing from people who practice yoga or have done so in the past 12 months (though you can still take part even if you don’t). The survey is a short, anonymous online questionnaire which can be completed at the following link: tinyurl.com/IBSSurveyUoW

As a reminder, you are eligible to participate if you: have a diagnosis of IBS, are a UK resident, are over 18, are not currently seeking or receiving treatment for a severe mental health condition.

All participation is greatly appreciated, thank you!

I've taken part in the survey , thank you for sharing it.

It was very simple and quick to do , so if there are any other people out there who have used yoga , or are using yoga to help with IBS I'm sure the researchers would love to hear from you ( whether you experience is positive or negative).

Any help we can all give to improve the services open to us all and build awareness of IBS is definitely worth doing .

Take care and have a good gut day to all , Bee
