Weekend away

Going away camping this weekend and am concerned about access to loo. I'm thinking I will take something late afternoon each day to stop the diarrhoea overnight 🤔. Opinions anyone, not had to do it before!

Hi Kitten Whiskers, it is a bit trial and error. These days, I take a loperamide the day before I am due to go somewhere, and if necessary in the morning before I set off. If you have time, find out what works for you.

Just take something like Imodium instants with you; try taking just one, but if it is not helping as much as you need then take another one. You may well find that you are ok and the stress of thinking there is no loo nearby could then make things worse. Hope you have a lovely weekend.
