Could be worth asking GP for a celiac test; if negative you know for sure you are not allergic to gluten so unlikely to be wheat causing the cramps. For what its worth, my cramps were really bad a couple of months ago and I found Buscopan to be helpful. You do need to eat so maybe little and often is the best way for now... and also try not to over stress - easier said than done! But anxiety is known to make symptoms so much worse. Hope this helps x
Yes. Doctors need to request it on blood form as it is not done on general blood count but cold be helpful for you.
Yes I get really bad painful stomach cramps and bad trapped wind. I tend to have to go to the loo just in case wind has extra in (I get paranoid over this) then I tend to massage my stomach to move the wind through, still painful though. 😫
