Constant Burning

I have a constant burning and swelling on my anus opening and it feels as though I want to poop all the while, but I can’t evacuate without forcing my poop down, I have tried lots of creams but they don’t seem to work, I am so very sore and my stomach aches all the time, have I got Tenesmus.?

Any irritation in the rectum or Anal area causes urgency and or tenesmus. Have a GI or colorectal doctor check for fissures, hemorrhoids etc. I have similar problems which became worse after hemorrhoid banding. They haven't found anything so they thing it's a proctalgia or levator problems. Diltiazem cream helps as it brings blood flow to the area. Physicians don't know how to deal with this they don't understand how difficult and painful this is.

Sounds like you have yes, but you do need to get the soreness seen to; maybe go and see a GP, and see what they suggest. If it is really bothersome, then yo should be referred to gastro but as another post said waiting times are very long!

I have managed to get a Doctors appointment tomorrow to be examined.

I did go to see a doctor about my soreness in my anal passage but they where no help at all whatsoever.
