Yes, you can. I used Movicol and Fibrogel (as Dr adviced) at the beginning both in same day and later on alternative days.
I was always prescribed fybogel for years it made me worse , there are better fibre supplements to take , google Normacol and optifibre You can take either of these with laxido x
