Hi

Has any some suffered from tenesmus ? If so any ideas on reliving the symptoms would be appreciated.

It’s due to all the straining trying to fart and go to toilet. You need to calm down and relax the bowl if possible

Has your GP told you it's IBS related?

Not told me that’s IBS related I am going to the GP tomorrow I will discuss it then

Thanks I just think because my trapped wind has been so bad and I ve been straining so much to get it out I have cause a bit of damage in my rectum well that’s what am hoping

No doctor examined me and said nothing unusual internally I got some advice on here to appliance and insert pile cream which has been helping, still there but slowly getting milder.
