So I am at last getting my CT scan next week. Because my case is a little difficult, and I was told I am getting it rule things out, I started thinking! Dangerous I know!! But has anyone actually had a result back from a CT scan of the abdomen, and something was found around the small intestine?
My case is left of my bellybutton and down a bit. Always sensitive to pressure, and if I eat and it's digested its always sore. This is before cramps which as we know is very painful. This pain is always there when my colon has stuff in it. If I am completely empty there is no pain nor sensitive to pressure.
Just curious anyway

I had my CT scan last year and nothing showed up. Then I had a endoscopy and colonoscopy both were fun. Sticking a camera up your backside was different. Uncomfortable so I had gas n air and I was high as a kite. Still showed up nothing, But yet I suffer now and then with my IBS cramps and other bits.
I must admit I do not think this will show anything. Had the rear end camera and that didn't either. But short of actually cutting me open and looking at the intestine, which will be my next request of last resort. There must be some difference between mine (our) and a person that does not suffer as we do. But my expectation is it will come back as nought to find. But its a process of eliminating I guess :). But thank you for replying, much appreciated
