Warning graphic ibs poop talk

So this morning i emptied my bowls. My stool was really quite normal. 10 minutes later i farted watery poop only a small patch but it still happened unfortunately.

Ive never had this before has anyone else?

I think the last bit of any poo can be soft. Mine is quite often a bit mushy after the main part being normal. I get a after bit. I think it’s probably the last part of the bowel and the last bit you eat that’s unformed. Maybe it’s just me. My guess is that if we all had a firm stool from start to finish there would be no need for toilet paper

Perhaps alough this was a fart 10 minutes after od done the initial poop

You have to be mindful of what is happening inside you all the time with IBS! Well I do anyway!
