Anxious in the mornings

To will1234 Yes I feel exactly the same.I dread getting up in the mornings.I never know if it is going to be a good day or a bad day.I even go to bed really late to put off the act of going to bed because I know I’ve got to face it in the morning. So immediately I feel anxious about it.

I don’t eat any breakfast just have one cup of tea then try to keep busy by going for a walk or doing some gardening.

I’ve been taking some probiotics called Bio-Kult.I have one after my dinner and I don’t know if I’m imagining it but I do feel slightly better.

I’m also on Amitriptyline which helps with the anxiety. In the end you get so desperate you will try anything.Good luck.

The bio kult is supposed to be good for mental health. I tried it but I was struggling with IBS, so had to just do the two weeks and now I’m waiting to see what happens with my tummy before I do another two weeks.
