I am new here - question

I have suffered from IBS-D for many years. I find when I take Imodium I am good for a few days after. I am considering taking it every second or third day on a regular basis. Has anyone else had success with this method?

Have you tried anything else so that you don't need to rely on Imodium? I can pm you some tips if that would be helpful?

Have been to many doctors and just always get yes you have IBS. I tried prescription CBD oil, was on it for 2 years and it worked well but the price was really high so went off and now back to same issues again.

I too would welcome any tips please as I often take loperamide to keep my issues under control. For over a year I would religiously take 2 a day & had virtually no issues, the following year the ibs seemed to have gone, but now I am back to where I started & just take them as & when.

I started that but now I think I am getting immune to it is took 2 on a Friday because I had to go somewhere and went the following morning and so had 2 more and Sunday I still went to loo at 10.20 and again at 1.15 before I would have not gone the following day although the poos are normal and not runny which is good
