Wierd question

Hi , sorry wierd questions , I can be sat on the loo with bowl in hand ( mostly get both together ) and I can’t keep my eyes open hardly , this happens every time

. Anyone else ? I don’t know why I get both together either , this is what puts me off going out at all as it wouldn’t just be a quick sick in a toilet

I believe it's something to do with the vegas nerve. See link below:

I get this sometimes when I am trying to get out of the toilet, hopefully, for the last bowel movement of the day. I don't actually faint but then I have never fainted in my life (now 63) and think/hope that I am physically unable to faint (I don't know if that is possible). When I get this I have an overwhelming feeling to lay down on the floor. And yes feel really tired. And feel really sick.
