Chills and cold sweat with IBS.

Recently i have been having this chills all of a sudden and then i sweat a little bit. Sometimes i feel hot from within and then after sometime i am fine.

Can this be low blood sugar level or related to IBS ? Any idea?

I've experienced this too, feverish, and in my case seems to be related to IBS. Even during a warm day I can feel really cold for a short while.

Mine is cold sweats also I do feel hot but no fever in normal room temperature.

Hiya, this could be low sugar, or it could be stress related. Do you normally get this soon after eating, or just before eating ?

In the morning after waking up a little bit and usually after eating.

So for me, I am like this due to stress, or more in my case panic. I use to be like it in the mornings until I started taking Amitriptyline. Now I am okay in the mornings, in fact it's the best time of day. After I eat I can get a little panicky because I know what is coming. I manage this by simply not eating if I have to leave the house, or if anyone comes round etc. So a lead a lonely life to avoid all of it.

Not suggesting you have the same, but it does tick a few boxes as in my case
