No Sauerkraut for me however I do like it. It's a trigger for histamine and makes things worse in my case.

I tried Kefir once, had the tinniest amount and had to rush straight to the loo! Never again for me!

Thank you David for the links. I've had an email from Monash about probiotics which I've yet to read. I know they've made a difference with me.
