Hello I have been taking Kio-Cult for a couple of weeks and this morning passed mucus with my stool. I also take Yakut and wonder if they "clash", anyone had any side effects with probiotics? I had also taken a PPI for heartburn. Thanks x

Yer well I took actimel for a couple of weeks a few years ago and it’s the worse thing you can do. My guts felt like a rollercoaster
