I started taking Renewlife probiotics a couple of months ago and I have found that they have really helped my IBS .

I take probiotics twice a day and it helps me, actimel and yakult.

Actimel and Yakult,,, might try, as I only take Yakult and it seems to be helping a little :)

One in the morning and the other before bed, seems to help me a lot. ☺

It is a drink..like a yoghurt drink tgat has high ammonts of good bacteria. Yakult is very good.

Also get some Acidophilus tablets (got mine from Holland & Barrett) They have billions of friendly bacteria and work really well.
