Massage for constipation?

Hi janke,

I do this, starting at my bell button and massage in increasing circles, always going clockwise.

I find it really helps.

I learned this from a book years ago:

I think there may be a more recent edition available.

Also, for the last few months, I've been trying something called Block Therapy, try googling it or there's a good facebook group.

It's fascia release for the whole body but it really concentrates on releasing the fascia in the belly.
